At Tech 2000 Appliance, we stand behind the quality of our work and the parts we use. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind following any appliance service or repair.

30-Day Warranty on Parts & Labour

We offer a 30-day warranty on both parts and labour for the specific issue that was diagnosed and repaired during your service appointment. This means:

  • If the same problem occurs within 30 days of the original repair date, we will return to diagnose and resolve the issue at no additional cost.
  • If a part we installed is found to be defective or fails within the 30-day warranty period, we will replace the part and cover the labour required to reinstall it, at no charge to you.
  • The warranty applies only to the originally serviced appliance and the exact issue that was repaired.
  • If a new, unrelated issue arises with the same appliance, standard service charges will apply.


Conditions of Warranty

  • Warranty coverage begins from the date of service.
  • Warranty is void if the appliance has been tampered with, misused, or damaged due to user error, power surges, flood, fire, or other external factors not related to the repair.
  • Warranty does not cover cosmetic parts, customer-supplied parts, or pre-existing conditions not addressed during the original repair.
