All pricing is subject to change without notice. A service call or diagnostic fee is charged for each appointment. Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major forms of payment including cash, credit, and debit.
We offer a 30-day warranty on parts and labour for the same issue and appliance originally serviced. If a part installed by us is defective or fails within the warranty period, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please refer to our full Warranty Policy for more details.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service call fee.

While we take every precaution to avoid damage or additional issues, Tech 2000 Appliance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service work, including but not limited to loss of food, missed appointments, or further appliance failure.
