Refund Policy

At Tech 2000 Appliance, we strive to provide our customers with reliable service and high-quality parts. To maintain transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

 

Parts Sales – Final Sale

 

  • All part sales are final, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or installation.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on parts that have been installed, used, or opened from original packaging.
  • Exceptions may be made only at our discretion and must be authorized in writing by a Tech 2000 Appliance representative.

 

Service Charges

 

  • Service call and diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
  • Labour charges for completed work are non-refundable, unless a valid warranty claim is made (see our Warranty Policy).
